Business Bottleneck Assessment Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit the assessment, NAVI collects your name, business name, business email, optional industry, consent choice, your ten assessment answers, and the diagnosis generated from those answers. We also process limited technical and security information needed to validate requests, prevent abuse, and avoid duplicate submissions.
How we use it
We use this information to record your requested assessment, prepare an internal founder review, contact you about that request, protect the service, and maintain reliable submission records. Submission does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, server-side processing, security, and D1 database storage. Brevo delivers one internal notification to NAVI’s founder; no assessment email is automatically sent to the prospect. If you choose the booking link, Google Calendar handles that separate booking interaction under Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
NAVI’s operational target is to delete non-client assessment records from the active assessment database within 30 days of submission. This is a founder-managed deletion process, not an automatic guarantee. If an inquiry becomes a client matter, information may be retained separately when reasonably needed for the engagement, legal obligations, dispute handling, or accounting.
The founder must also delete matching notification emails and attachments from the business mailbox and its Deleted Items during the same review. Cloudflare, Brevo, Google, and email-provider security logs, transient backups, abuse records, or disaster-recovery copies may follow those providers’ own retention schedules and may not support immediate item-level deletion.
Security and access
Access to stored assessment records and founder reports is restricted to authorized NAVI personnel. Credentials are held server-side, submissions are validated, and the public response does not include the private founder report. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask NAVI to access, correct, or delete your assessment information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Contact [email protected] or call +1 510-470-9175. NAVI may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, NAVI will update this page and its effective date before relying on the revised terms for new submissions.
